XGEN Brands - Product Warranty Information

In the unlikely event that any product from one of the following brands fails to work within the 1-year limited warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or materials, we will, at our discretion, replace your product with the same or similar product.

Valid Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be made within 1 year of the date of original purchase. The product in question must have been purchased during this 1-year period, and a valid proof of purchase (store receipt, online order confirmation, credit/debit card transaction line) is required.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, personal preferences, damage caused by misuse, loss, abuse or negligent handling. It also does not apply to any unit that has been subject to tampering.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Warranty claims can be filed by sending an email to service@xgenproducts.com that includes the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Copy of proof of purchase
  • Photo of item outside of the packaging (photo must clearly show defect or issue, if able to be shown via photo)
  • Detailed description of issue experienced and steps taken to resolve issue

What to do with the defective item

Xgen Brands does not require that the defective item be returned. In certain instances, you may be asked to return the item for further inspection. If a return is not required, we do ask that you dispose of the item in a responsible manner, and in accordance with your local guidelines. Some items contain Lithium-Ion batteries and can be harmful to the environment if not disposed of properly.

Replacement Item Information

Xgen Brands reserves the right to send you a comparable replacement item should the defective item not be available. Additionally, replacement items DO NOT come with the same original warranty. We are under no obligation to replace a replacement item should you experience further issues.
